For OP: all of these are great games and play somewhat similarly. Forbidden Island is the entry level while Desert is a little bit tougher and then lastly Pandemic is the "heavier" of the three. With that said, Pandemic is not a difficult game to figure out what so ever. All three of these games are very fun co-op games.
